Prepare the Rice
Soak glutinous rice overnight. Steam for 25 minutes until tender.

Make Coconut Sauce
- Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.
- Pour half over the hot rice and let absorb for 30 minutes.

Serve
Arrange sticky rice with sliced mango. Drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
